Hitch Sport Carrier on Swingaway Frame

Introducing the StowAway Hitch mounted Sport Carrier for transporting skis, surfboards and commercial gear. The Sport Carrier addresses a common problem experienced with door mounted carriers, namely structural damage to the rear door of the shuttle van, and the resulting expensive repairs.

The StowAway Sport Carrier is mounted to a swingaway frame that simply slides into a 2" hitch receiver. The carrier will transport up to 200 lbs of gear while allowing clear access to the back of the van for gear inside. The compact design will allow the van's right rear door to be opened with the frame in the closed position and the left rear door to be opened when the frame is swung open to 90 degrees. In the open position you will have  access to both sides of the van's cargo area.

Manufactured in the USA with heavy duty steel tubing, the Sport Carrier is powder coated to inhibit corrosion. The carrier will fit a 2" hitch receiver and includes a hitch tightener to prevent hitch wobble.
