If you need to return an order or partially return an order, follow the easy steps below and we’ll get your order handled.


Before attempting to file for a return, please make sure the following is true:

  1. Product isn’t listed as non-returnable or sold-as-is
  2. Product was purchased within the last 15 days
  3. Product is any of the following:
    1. Ordered wrong item
    2. Duplicate order of product
    3. Wrong part
    4. Damaged in shipping
    5. Did not fit
    6. Changed my mind


After you have confirmed that, here is the easy process to returning your order.

  2. Select the products you want to return
  3. Fill out the forms
  4. Submit the return request
  5. We will approve or deny the return based on the information supplied by you
  6. You will then need to ship it back to us. Our address will be on the return portal website. Please make sure to include your RMA number above our address.

Shipping cost is on you the buyer unless otherwise specified by us.

Make sure all the instructions, hardware, or anything that came with your parts is returned back in the original packaging.

  1. Ship it back to us. Once we receive the order, we'll refund you the parts received minus a 20% restocking fee or we transfer the refund amount to a store credit.


Please note, You will not receive a refund if:

  • Parts are damaged because of poor return packaging
  • Incorrect parts are shipped back
  • Missing or incomplete parts. Not in original packaging, missing hardware, missing parts, or missing instructions.


Refund information

Trucks & Vans Accessories Store recommends Fedex or USPS. Make sure to keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

All returns are processed within 1 business day of receipt.

If you have requested an exchange, your item will be shipped out the same day your return is processed.

If you have requested a refund, you will be refunded by the same method you used to pay for your order. Going through the normal banking process you will typically see a refund posted to a credit card within 3-5 business days.

If you requested a store credit, it will be issued same day the return is processed and be available to use immediately.
